Job Description:

Highly productive real estate company in SW Broward is currently seeking a full charge bookkeeper.  He/she will be responsible for all AP & AR, Disbursement of checks to satisfy accounts & supervision of all support staff.  Ideal candidate has worked with Account Edge (MYOB) and has a complete knowledge of all facets of accounting.  Some real estate office experience a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

Disburse checks

Staff management

Detect discrepancies on records or reports

Compute taxes

Prepare bank deposits

Prepare billing statements & reports
