More Insurance Follies

I don't know what these insurance companies in NJ are thinking, but it appears they will be putting themselves out of business shortly if they continue to act as silly as they have been.

One of my clients just informed me that her policy is being cancelled, due to the fact that HER HOME IS FOR SALE!!.

I do not understand how they expect us to operate in the great state of NJ. They prefer not to insure homes under $150K, homes built prior to 1950 or so, and now, homes that are for sale.

Some day, when I am Governor, I will have this all taken care of. Until then, you folks will have to sort this mess out yourself.

Im going away for the holiday and will have to think long and hard if I really want to come back.

PS: I just listed a great house in Franklin Twp, please buy it before the insurance company finds out it's for sale.
