Even though the real estatwe market has slowed around the country, 753 homes were sold in August with sales prices that were 96.17% of asking price. Average sales price was $240,871. Typical homes stayed on the market for 84 days with an average price per s/f of $115.75. Charlotte will continue to see growth as more businesses relocate to the Charlotte area.
