I think most of us are on a budget of some kind at this point.  Often one of the first things to be cut out is entertainment.  A good way to continue to go out and have fun on occasion is to sign up for goldstar. 
Basically, when local events are not yet sold out they offer tickets to Goldstar members at serious discounts.  Where I live in the San Francisco East Bay, that means I get to see comedians at local clubs for half price or less if I'm able to go out on one of the dates offered.  More … (4 comments)
