Hey Guys,

There is a family in our church they have twin girls. this Sunday one of them was sitting right next to us in the back row with her mom and the dad and other sister were sitting in their normal seat. I jokingly asked if she knew her family was sitting in their normal spot and the mom said the daughter was feeling sick and had been all night. Monday night I saw some friends at the gas station and turns out they found a brain tumor in the little girls head and the family was on their way to the Dr in billings they thought. well here is the email I just got "Tuesday"

Subject: We needs prayers for a student of ours............

Nicole Gilbert is a beautiful 9 year old 4th grade student of Terri Williams with a twin sister.....and yesterday she was diagnosed with a brain tumor. They were on their way to Denver for further testing and surgery when Nicole had a seizure, CPR was done and she is now on life support in Denver. I talked to her dad and he said that it isn't looking good and that she is not showing any brain activity but they will repeat the test in about 8 hours and then have to make decision after that. He
and the family ask for your prayers for a miracle or peace. THANKS!!!!

What! Your looking for property and dont want a Realtors HELP!?! WHY?

Well, I saw a post awhile back someone had written about a Craigslist user trying to sell their home and in no uncertain terms would they let Realtors help. Makes since even though we can help in many ways some just see us as money grabbers.

Well this listing on craigslist grabbed my attention.

not becasue people don't want our help as Realtors. But that a buyer would not want help in finding the right property since 98% of the time the seller will pay the fees. I would not recomed telling everyone you will pay cash utill you find the right property and make an offer. I wrote and said hello and gave them a link to some listings that fit what they placed on craigslist and just told them I hoped this helps in your search. But I can not figure out why on the buyers side someone would not want help unless they had a bad experience with a Realtor. Or maybe they are a Realtor I don't know, anyhow just thought I would put this up for discussion. Thanks guys hope you are all having a wonderful SPRING>>>>

Well here I am rethinking whether or not it is Gods will for me to be a real estate agent. I got my 1099 a couple a weeks ago and if you saw it you would have already told me to get out and do something else, I know that was my first thought. I have had time to think and this and where I am at right now. I love working in Real Estate I really do I enjoy every minute of it, which leads me to my next thought I have to small kids and two more on the way. I manage a restaurant in the late spring summer and early fall for my in laws which allows me to be off in the winter and spend time with my kids, and allows my wife the chance to get out and work. Recently I was in the office and out of the blue me and another agent had a conversation about God and his existence very good conversation and I would never have had the opportunity for that conversation had I not been in Real Estate. I really love what I do and there are lots of great reasons to move on and do something else, call me hard headed but I still feel I am in the will of the lord working in real estate and making very little money at it. and just in case I case I doubt that my son is trying to tackle me right now :) I have heard a lot of sermons lately talking about the false hood of it is Gods will and His will alone for us to prosper and while I don't disagree God wants to bless us, why does it see as if it has to be financially for it to be Gods will. My eyes are opening and I am in a new learning phase of my life. God is good, Have a Great Day and God bless from Chris in Thermopolis.......

My question then is if I post a blog about my town in localism and place it on my towns localism and post it also to the states about section in localism am I going to get in trouble with search engines for duplicate information? I may be out thinking myself on this one I hope so anyways I think it is very powerful to be on both pages of localism. Kinda like no matter where they look they will find me unless I am getting in trouble with Search Engines. Which is why I am working on getting our company site to be RSS capable. I am not even sure were to start so I am hoping this might turn into a How to driven by everyones comments. I want our site to be able to feed out to everyone. I am browsing the net right now trying to figure this out, we have dream weaver 8 and I am reading the DW8 for Dummies book too. I know some real multi tasking for a guy on a beautiful almost spring Friday. So please HELP

If my site is over 150 mb is it true google will not index? Web guru's I need some help

My office has a website (surprise I Know) and our computer crashed a month ago, they got it all back up and running but our secretary lost the program she was resizing the pictures with. Any how we saw we could resize pics in Dream-Weaver so she started doing that. Well two days ago I no longer could get email I fought with Outlook until last night when I was in our web-page editor on-line and noticed our usage was over the top. When I came in this morning I sent a email to the guy that built the template for our web-page, he wrote back all freaked that goggle was going to drop us because our site was over 150 mb like 150.01 and that they do not index sites over 150 mb. We have deleted off the pictures that were large but our usage is even higher now. any Ideas?

Is this true about the 150mb?
when we resized our pictures in Dream Weaver it placed them as 160 x 120 pics but they had still were 800 k instead of the 10K I would expect. Why is this?
if this is true maybe this can serve as a warning to keep your eye on your usage.
