One of the funniest movies ever was a little film titled CaddyShack.  A favorite line in the film is when Rodney Dangerfield's character almost collides his boat with Ted Knights characters boat.  Dangerfield then drops his anchor right through the deck and hull of Knights boat.  Dangerfield then says, "Hey, you scratched my anchor!"

Southwest Florida already saw one indication of a strengthening market in March.
Sales rose 16 percent when comparing March's 834 to the 721 homes sold in the same month a year ago. Even the condominium market saw a boost in sales for March, rising 7 percent when comparing that month with March 2006.
