The deal that would not close has finally... yep, you guessed it... 'come together' and closed [well, it closed in late May but was in stealth mode pending a press release and announcement by NAR, which finally came together today]. You've probably had a deal like the one I'm working on right now-- you think you've done your part and you're prepared to perform but the other side keeps just far enough from an execution of the contract that you want to throw your hands up in frustration and walk away. But the deal (2 comments)
