chris hill: Eminent case in NJ goes in favor of property owner - 06/15/07 01:48 PM
Big win for property owners in New Jersey. The rights of property owners were upheld by the New Jersey Supreme court this month. This was a critical case to dictate the future of many pending and potential cases in other parts of New Jersey. I know right in Mercer County alone that several municipalities were waiting for the outcome of this case to see how they would prepare to move forward in their own town.Below is a reprint from MCAR and a link to all the details. As always I'm here to help ChrisHill@remax.net

chris hill: keep moving forward - 06/07/07 09:26 AM
Here is another good quote to start you day with. It is from Richard Flint,a speaker I have enjoyed numerous times over the years...

When yesterday is still today, your life is out of control.
Yesterday is a reference library, not a room to live in. When yesterday gets pushed into today, there is not enough room to achieve what you didn't get done yesterday and what has to be done today. The key is not over planning and completing what you start.

chris hill: Mr.+Mrs. Buyer.....Do you know how I get Paid?....I bet you didn't realize........ - 05/22/07 03:46 PM
I BET YOU DIDN'T REALIZE.....there are only 3 events that bring me a paycheck.....
1)I help you purchase a home that goes to settlement  2)Have a home I list get sold and go to settlement  3) have a buyer or seller I refer to another Realtor  go to settlement.
I BET YOU DIDN'T REALIZE....... Every other activity I do needs to be leading to one of those three results or I don't have a paycheck coming in.  I get paid somewhere between 2% -3% of the sales price of the home you purchase ( I don't get 6% as you hear some 'experts" scream)
