mercer county homes: Eminent case in NJ goes in favor of property owner - 06/15/07 01:48 PM
Big win for property owners in New Jersey. The rights of property owners were upheld by the New Jersey Supreme court this month. This was a critical case to dictate the future of many pending and potential cases in other parts of New Jersey. I know right in Mercer County alone that several municipalities were waiting for the outcome of this case to see how they would prepare to move forward in their own town.Below is a reprint from MCAR and a link to all the details. A recent reminder has been issued by mercer County executive Brian Hughes about the County's "Bark Parks" here is a copy of that release as well as the link to mercer County Parks and all the great features they have to offer. You know I live very close to the park and am always amazed that there are events there almost every day during the summer. get out and enjoy the parks and the great weather. here is a picture of our friendly family dog "Daisy" my girls love taking her out to the park, see you there !!

I am a huge baseball fan. Both of my boys play baseball on various teams.My high school son on his school team plus American legion ball in the summer.My older boy pitches for his college team along with a summer college team.
