I'm frustrated, I am just trying to get some light shed on this.

I am placing bids on a web site that I paid to do so. I'm competing with people who are placing bids with no points, mortgage broker fees, even some with no Appraisal fee's So when the Lead takes a look at the quote he sees mine with like 5k-6k in fees and then see's another with like 995.00 in one case. Is this possible can someone come threw on this quote or are they just teaser quotes. I feel like I am forced to lower my bids just to get someone to call me, then make some lame excuse later why that fee is there just to compete. I do not want to do this. I am trying to be honest, But I feel like honesty doesn't pay in this market!! I have submitted over 256 bids and nothing!!! I am going to keep punching away on the old keyboard and hopefully, someone will bite. Maybe, any suggestions? I have only been doing this 2 weeks, but am a very fast learner, and honest unfourantley.

When you are new, people tend to be scared to work with you. I understand the word NEW!! means not that much experince, But I would think that some would look at it being a oppertunity to establish a relationship with a NEW officer, might help them… more
