preinspection: Seller may want to consider a pre-inspected property

Having a property inspected by a licensed real estate inspector at the beginning of the sale process will allow the Homeowner the opportunity to know what repairs may be needed BEFORE the Buyer's Agent comes back asking for substantial concessions. A few items that the Buyer's Agent might be looking for could be:
EXTERIOR Foundation - Touch up mortar cracks and brick veneer Roof surface - Clean gutters and debris on roof. Make sure cutter downspout extensions are in place. Caulk windows and door frames. Are there any signs of wood destroying insects? Seal pest entry points. Consider the repair (0 comments)
