Just came back from a celebration at a local Tottenham Church, Hillside Community Church.

We were first introduced to ministries at this local church by a friend of mine whose son participated in "BG Club" on Friday evenings during the school year.  The idea intrigued and I told my wife about it.  We sent Alec, then 5, to the club in early April and the rest is history.  He loved it.  It was good wholesome fun and Alec enjoyed the Bible based life lessons he was learning in an activity based environment featuring movies, stories, music and games.

I guess you have a clue as to what I am about to discuss...Number two, bowel movements, stools, you know what I am talking about...  It seems to be a topic that most people are uncomfortable talking about... but not dealing with it, can cause people to be "uncomfortable" and potentially a lot more damaging issues. If you are uncomfortable reading about this, I suggest you stop now.

As I feared, June was not a good month for me in the weight loss project department.
