Hillcrest is one of the most vibrant avant garde places to live in San Diego. I've been selling real estate in San Diego's Metro area for going on five years.  I've seen a lot of homes and I've seen a lot of shifting in the current market.  It's crazy.  However, the stark contrast from one zip code to the next is staggering.

OK there are two things I have a weakness for.  The first is great pizza.  I love pizza.  I love it because it can be as simple or as sophisticated as you like.  The other thing I love is chocolate--especially chocolate cupcakes.
Last night was my friend/client's birthday.  She sent out an invitation for us all to meet at a cupcake shop just down the street from my office.  It's called Babycakes.
