Yesterday I met a very nice couple in the Riverboat section of Dayton, Nevada. They are preparing to do a short sale on their family home. When the Lyon County Assessor and builder established an address for the property in 2002, the address was determined to be 782 Monico Drive, however that is not accurate. The property is a corner, and apparently, the house was planned to be built facing Monico Drive. Instead it was built facing Gordon Lane. The last time the home sold, it was deeded as 265 Gordon Lane, even though the Lyon County Assessor showed

Indicators show that our market has definitively moved through the low point in sales volume.
