It's been a while since I have written a REALLY??!?! blog, but I just couldn't resist sharing this moment with you... Steve (aka Dad) got another REO listing about a month ago and it was a decent property with an incredible price! Right from the start we had LOTS of showings, and multiple contracts. I think he ended up with 8 that he went back out to and requested the obligatory "best and final" from. Once Steve had back all the best and final offers, he submitted them to the bank, and the bank chose one. This is all pretty basic

Many of you know that I am an REO agent. I actually work VERY HARD to make sure that every buyer's agent that works with me gets great service. I personally strive to never let the sun set on an email or a voicemail. I answer my phone 99% of the time. I want buyers agents to know that completing an REO sale with me is not akin to pulling teeth, giving birth, or having a colonoscopy! SO! Lots of you read my post about "REALLY??!?! with your host Christianne Gordon"...I have an update! We had a Round 2 go round on Wednesday...here's the low-down... The Highest and Best offer was required to be submitted by 10am on Wednesday. The request for Highest and Best was given to the listing agent by the bank Monday afternoon, but it was not transmitted to me until Tuesday morning. I had to call him again at his home to find out "What's the status?". He was perturbed with me but I was not going to give up on this deal. My
