Clearly, I need to be more diligent on this.
Just today, a buyer of mine let me know that she spoke to the seller directly.  Then again... the listing agent should have been diligent with his client.  Or could it be that clients are doing so much online research, that they feel in charge of the process?
I did have a hard time getting in touch with a previous condo association regarding her questions.  Regardless... this is a note to self to stress this point with new buyers in the future.

Macintosh Woes while living in a P.C. world - 09/04/08 05:12 PM
I had no idea how many programs are not compatible with Macintosh.
It's overwhelming.
Just the other day a sales rep came to our office.
He offered a fabulous custom template for all my emails.
I brilliantly forgot to mention that I have a Macintosh computer.
Yes,
I know what you're thinking...
yes, yes,
I can access the MLS (via a program called Parallels).
 
The template for my email looks wonderful.
It just won't download into my email program... my Mac email program.
 
If there are any Mac users out there...
who know of a way to...

End in Sight for Seller-Funded Down Payments "Prospective homeowners have until Oct. 1, 2008, to use down payment assistance from a seller to purchase a house.
