Coeur d'Alene, ID located in North Idaho, is still experiencing excellent appreciation.
OFHEO.org released their 2006 Quarter 2 results on September 5th. In the first quarter, appreciation was 3.01%. In the second quarter, appreciation was 4.81%. We are clearly on track to achieve Fiserv's predicted 12.8% appreciation.
