The January Market Report in Ohio for single family, residential homes in Montgomery, Greene, and Warren counties near Wright Patterson Air Force Base shows less homes sold in January than in December. The average sale price / listing price is 95%, which is 3% less than the Real Living Realty average (98%). The average days on market in December 2010 was 94, which is 13 days slower than the Real Living Realty average days on market (81). Real Living Mortgage (a division of Wells Fargo Bank) now allows a borrower to get a mortgage with a credit score of as low as 500 on a fixed rate FHA loan. The following criteria applies:
