I just spent $135 to better my marketing as a Realtor, and I mean "just" less than an hour ago! I spent marketing money on a Sony Cybershot camera with a panorama photo feature. Already I feel like a million bucks! The camera is the best marketing money I EVER spent as a Realtor! My listings will now have the extra marketing and advertising spark so many listings are lacking, and result in more home buyer showings than the competition netting more money for my home sellers.
