broker: Has anyone noticed the mortgage brokers can make deal problematic? - 09/29/06 09:56 AM
This is the third time in three months we almost lost a deal due to a mortgage broker. We did everything we sere supposed to do. The broker left things to the last minute and then at the last minute says that there was a problem the buyer didn’t qualify. I wonder how you can get buyers to go to someone you know that is good and gets the job done on time. Does anyone out there have any good ideas? I want ALL my deals to close. Through an Agent/Broker 77% Through a Builder 12% Through a For Sale By Owner 9%In 2005 the Average Sales Price of a home sold through:
Broker/Agent - $230,000 For Sale By Owner - $198,200 Difference - $31,800 or 14%.What do you think? Who has the most experience? Who will get the job done?
