Stand across the street, and take a look at your home from a potential buyer’s viewpoint…
1.  Too many cars parked in front?
2.  Is the lawn trimmed and are spots in need of re-seeding. Get landscaping in top shape. In the winter is the driveway and pathways shoveled clear of snow?
3.  Remove all refuse, leaves or clutter from yards, sidewalks, porches and decks.  In the summer, plant and have flowers.

I think that realtors should take better care of themselves. First no more 7 day weeks. Five to six tops. Second you need to get a massage at least once a week to get rid of stress. You can call my Massage therapist at 954-401-0405 Tell Michelle that Christine Adler sent you.  Third you should remember - Some Will - Some won't - Next. Fouth and most important take at least a 4 day vacation every three to four months. Or at least a week every six months. We do need time to relax to.
