sell: Do I have your permission to sell your home quickly? - 10/12/06 08:15 AM
I ask this of all my listings. I often can sell the home quickly. Why because I do a lot of marketing, but most of all because I work hard with buyers to get them to list at a price that will sell. Even if they must test the high end of the market I work real hard to get price reductions planned right at the listing so we can get the home sold. Not the least of which is that you are not emotianally tied into the transaction. You will get professional marketing and negotiating. But most of all is that there is power in numbers. If you were a buyer and looking for a home, would you look through the newspaper to find one or fewer
