An active rain member made a comment on my blog post saying that a home is really priced not by an agent but by an appraiser. There is some truth in that fact. Lets take a little look at pricing of a home. First is that there is a lot of training that an appraiser gets in pricing a home. The use more resources then the average realtor has at their disposal.
