I am a lurker. I am sorry. I am ashamed and yes I feel it is time to come forward and admit that I lurk around alot of blogs. I must have almost 100 blogs in my feedreader. I like some more than others, but none the less - I READ. But this is not a post about me confessing - well, not really anyhow, (I am still feeling a bit ashamed, but I will .. nevermind). The times have been changing. There has been a shift on how real estate is bought and sold. There are more and more blogs popping up every single day. When I do open houses - or my agents do an open house, I always ask "how did you hear about the open house?" I will be honest with you 90% say the internet. The other 10% is the sign. 90% of buyers look on the internet. Meaning that when home sellers call an agent to "interview" them they should maybe think about asking these questions - as well as the "normal" (2 comments)
