Down payments are back! It is time that we get back to working with buyers who can qualify to get a credit card.  Loose lender creativity is over and fundamentals are back! Yesterday I attended a class with Mr. Dave Jenks, nationally acclaimed speaker and co-author of best selling books The Millionaire Real Estate Agent & Milliionaire Real Estate Investor.  Wanted to share my notes with you.  Here are some "Facts to Rely on" regarding the real estate market nationwide:
