Short Sale DisclosureProperty Address: In a short sale the seller’s lender agrees to accept less than what is owed on the loan for a property. As such, it requires the lender’s approval. Great Agents..... Think like Great agents by thinking of business planning NOW for 2008. Develop strategies for lead generation & marketing. Down payments are back! It is time that we get back to working with buyers who can qualify to get a credit card. Loose lender creativity is over and fundamentals are back! American Real estate provides opportunities that buyer s appreciate which makes them end up being better neighbors and citizens. Rates of appreciation and the cost of money does not determine their longevity of ownership. They are more apt to improve their real estate and their neighborhood. So, qualify
