Are you really LIVING, growing & thriving or are you stuck in life and decaying?  We have all been there at one time or another in our lives.  The real question is how long do we choose to stay stuck?
Life is about change. Because when we are living things are constantly changing. Otherwise we would be dead & decaying.  Coming off of a great Earth Day Celebration this weekend, I woke up this morning thinking about how this life relates to my business.

I've been doing short sales in the Las Vegas area for about the last 6 years in our market.  In the past, getting the complete short sale package together to submit to the bank would be done at the time of the listing.  By the time there was an offer and the complete package was submitted to the bank could take up to 60 days or more at times. Las Vegas ranks number one as the real estate market with the greatest office and retail potential in 2007.  This report from Western Real Estate Business of which Macus & Millichap's National Retail Report concurs.  According to this report, Las Vegas is expected to lead the country in expansion this year.  It also points out that a large portion of retail spending comes from the Las Vegas tourists who continue to visit by the millions.  This spending is expected to increase 7% this year from last.  Another proven reason to buy real estate in Las Vegas!
