I have been working with real estate agents for almost 10 years now and all of this time my main focus has been generating leads for real estate agents. One of most important pieces (but not the only piece) of the puzzle is having a website with great lead capture, and is also SEO friendly. The style of lead capture can mean the difference between a 1% capture rate (1% of your traffic turns into leads) or 20%.That conversion rate is huge because that means for every 100 visitors per day, you are either getting 1 lead or 20 leads.

Secondly, if you are going to invest a lot of time and money into a website, then make sure that it is also SEO (Search Engine Optimization) friendly. If your website has great conversion and you can get a lot of traffic to it via paper marketing, PPC (Pay Per Clicks) or Craigslist, then you can get a decent lead count right away. However, its good to have a long term strategy in case those short term methods dont work anymore, and SEO is the best long term strategy out there.

IDXBroker.com

RealGeeks is great because it is extremely SEO friendly and has an incredible conversion rate (currently I am seeing about a 10-15% conversion of traffic to leads). Their websites are very user friendly, look good, and keep the traffic on the website for a long time which lowers the bounce rate and can help with SEO even more. I am having a lot of success with SEO on the website, in fact in just a few short months I am seeing some great SERPs (Search Engine Results Pages) for my keywords..some being on page 1 already.

IDXBroker.com is another great one. They are cheaper, flexible and are in a lot of markets. They have good lead capture conversion rates (5-10% in my experience) and are SEO friendly as well.

So when if you are looking for a real estate website, remember two important things too look for are websites with great lead capture rates and are SEO Friendly. Those two factors can make or break your success with internet leads.

In July 2011, there were 62 homes sold in Bellevue Nebraska. The Highest sold price was $277,000 and the lowest sale price was $40,310. The average sale price was $140,994 with the average days on marketing being 60 days.

One of the things I have noticed in my 9+ years in the real estate industry is that an enormous number of home buyers are looking for just one thing early in the home buying process. That one thing they are looking for is a way to search for homes online. Luckily Realtors can take advantage of this by utilizing something called a Website IDX (Internet Data Exchange). Many Agents and Offices have this available for agents, but in many cases they are not taking full advantage of what you can do with and IDX. The biggest thing I am seeing agents not doing is getting an IDX that is indexable by the search engines. This goes a long way for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and ultimately can help you get ranked in the search engines which means more traffic, more leads and more sales.
