idx: Maximizing Benefit from IDX - 08/09/11 08:34 AM

One of the things I have noticed in my 9+ years in the real estate industry is that an enormous number of home buyers are looking for just one thing early in the home buying process. That one thing they are looking for is a way to search for homes online. Luckily Realtors can take advantage of this by utilizing something called a Website IDX (Internet Data Exchange).
