Here is a shot of a typical small bathroom in a moderately priced home in Cedar Park, Texas. The only major thing wrong with this bathroom is the outdated hollywood light fixture. These are a definate no no when putting your home on the market.
By changing out the light fixture, adding a fresh coat of paint in a neutral blue and a few accessories this small half bath went from ho-hum to clean, fresh and wow.
