I am happy to announce that I am getting involved with the House Key State Bond program sponsored by Washington State. There are some restrictions that borrowers will have to face and the biggest is the program is for first time homebuyers that must attend an educational seminar in order to qualify for the program. As i recently launched my website I am continually learning more about how the web works and its benefits. Clients can search for mortgage advisers from the comfort of their home and find a person to connect with and feel safe to trust with home financing.
