mortgage updates: House Key State Bond is Now Available - 02/05/08 02:45 PM

I am happy to announce that I am getting involved with the House Key State Bond program sponsored by Washington State. There are some restrictions that borrowers will have to face and the biggest is the program is for first time homebuyers that must attend an educational seminar in order to qualify for the program.
