Training Your Mind

People don't realize how powerful their mind is! Your mind is like a garden! Unfortunately far too many people have planted weeded (negative thoughts) on the rich soil of their mind.

To create a habit of success you must train your mind to think thoughts of success! All great athletes practice their sport and skill over and over. How often to you practice (train) your mind by planting rich thoughts of success (good) in your life.

You have rich ideas waiting to be brought forth to you be the power of your mind. They may be fuzzy or faded now, but if you will keep planting good thoughts in your mind those brilliant ideas will start springing forth! Think about the deep desires of your heart all the time and by doing so you'll start to attract what you think on! Feel good while planting this thoughts and feel positive emotions while picturing your good! Think and feel thoughts of peace and prosperity!

Doesn't it feel good knowing that you can TRAIN YOUR MIND and create your good here and now?

Follow the Deep Desires of Your Heart

Do you know if you are following the DEEP DESIRES of your heart or the DECEPTIVE DESIRES?

DEEP DESIRES - These are the things that give you a feeling of joy and purpose when you do them. You do them because you love to do them and doing them gives you a sense of peace.

DECEPTIVE DESIRES- Are the things you do that give you stress and frustration. Often times they are things you do to meet other peoples expectation. These are things you do out of fear and obligation.

Its very important for not only you, but for all of the universes greater good that you start to move toward the DEEP DESIRES of your heart. The universe expands as you expand your greatness! When you do what you are created to do then the spirit of wisdom will lead you into the perfect place of peace and prosperity in every area of your life!

This is so important for you! This is so important for God! The root of the word desires means "of the father." When you are living your DEEP DESIRES of your heart that is when you are living in harmony with what God created you to do!

I hope your there today! If not...I hope you start moving in the direction of the deep desires of your heart here and now! Peace!

Asking!

I was having a conversation yesterday with Pastor Romstad at Cambridge Lutheran Church regarding the ALPHA program that I am organizing that is starting in 2 weeks. We went through all the needs and he was brainstorming all sort of ideas on invites. In the end I told him that the key was: ASKING.

The key is to ASK! Then ASK someone else! Then ASK the next person!
This goes for asking for the business, asking for the appointment, asking someone to check out your business, to attend your event, etc.

You have not because you ASK not. If you want more appointments - do more more ASKING. Many may so no, but the more you ASK the more that will say YES! People love to be asked! They appreciate you thinking of them! So go for it!

Three Times is a Charm

I just went through a book for the second time in about 5 weeks and it is amazing how many things that I read that I had already forgot and needed another reminder of.

I say THREE TIMES IS A CHARM because it typically takes about 3 times of seeing, reading or reviewing information in a close time frame for it to stick with most people.

So if you read a great book or listen to a great cd or view a great dvd and you have said, "I am going to do that!" And then found yourself not following through...don't beat yourself up. Simply go over it about 3 times. I believe then the inspiration will stick and you will take inspired action on your divinely inspired idea.

Alpha Begins Sept. 21 at Cambridge Lutheran Church

This is an invitation to everyone in the Isanti County area to attend ALPHA this fall at Cambridge Lutheran Church. (621 Old North Main Street - Cambridge, MN 55008)

Alpha is a practical introduction to the Christian faith and is open to anyone and its non denominational. The evening starts with a meal, followed by a video and then discussion. Child care is provide. The schedule is below. Contact me for for info!

FSBO Short Sale Ad

I was browsing the local paper tonight and game across this in the REAL ESTATE FOR SALE BY OWNER SECTION:

For Sale By Owner (SHORT SALE) Beautiful home in upscale North Branch Wildridge develoment. Don't miss this opportunity! NO realtors involved..you will be able to buy this home for cheaper than if you went through an agent. You will be able to brag about how much you were able to buy this home for! Excellent condition, 4 bedrooms, office & custon woodwork! Only 2.5 years old. Please contact XXXXX at xxx-xxx-xxxx.

I left on the name and number. My first thought was..."Isn't a short sale hard enough with a Realtor?"

Then I looked again and thought, "If the owner is selling it on short sale they probably can't afford a Realtor because of all extra wording not needed in the ad like "you will be able to buy this home for cheap...brag about how much you were able to buy this home for!'"

So why would a FSBO sell short sale? Why would you put an extra 15-20 words in an ad that do nothing for you??

This one has to deal with forgiveness. Jesus said we are to forgive an 7 x 70 ... likely meaning an unlimited amount. So put this affirmation into your daily prayers.

Clearing Space - Lesson 1

There is amazing power of CLEARING SPACE. Today I am giving you a real life example that I used last Monday to CLEAR SPACE for more money to come into my experience.

I was on a call last week and there was a lot of great lessons being taught, but the simplest thing I was able to learn and apply was CLEARING SPACE in my wallet.

Like many of those reading this I needed to make extra money soon. I noticed after the call my wallet was real messy. I had old receipts, business cards, credit cards that were not in play any more. I learned by having a cluttered wallet I was blocking the flow of money in my life.

So I simply CLEARED OUT my wallet. Its as lite as it has ever been.

What happened after the CLEARING?

The next day I got an offer accepted. A surprisingly good deal for the buyer. Two days later I got another offer accepted. My second largest sale of the year. The 3rd day I got a new buyer ready to buy right now. The last 3 days I took off...but still set a couple good appointments.

The lesson: If you want more money to come in to your life fast... look at your purse or wallet...do you have things in there that you don't need? If so, clear it out and make way for more money to flow to you. Accept this on faith and understand it later! Peace.

clearing space, increasing sales, money

Productive Sundays

Today I had a lot of things I wanted to get done. Here was the list:

1. Clean House

2. Do Dishes

3. Email Follow Up

4. Nap

5. Read

6. Work Out/Run

7. Preview homes

8. Watch Video

9. Spend time on Active Rain

10. Relax

As of now I am done with 1,2,3,7 and soon with 9. I am feeling good about this and will go read and likely fall asleep taking care of 6,4 and 10. Meaning I should have energy to do #6 and then finish up with number 8.

I consider that a great day off. Why? Because I feel good doing it. The most important thing for someone to draw good into there life is to get to the FEELING GOOD point. Once there more good comes in. I will have a great week!

Top Producer 8i

Today is my first day using Top Producer 8i. I am sure there are raving fans out there, but all I can think is, "I want Top Producer 7i back."

I'm sure I will learn how to use it but there seem to be too many steps to update a contact. For example for a lot of my contacts I manually email properties and each time I email them I put notes in Top Producer and advance out to the next time I feel I need to email the updates.

Unless I am missing something this was way easier on 7i then on 8i...Can someone let me know if I am not using the 8i system correctly? I used HELP...but it was not much help. Thanks
