I don't know about you, but I plan to LIGHT up the 4th quarter!  While some people are busy taking time off and slacking because its the SLOW 4th quarter; I'll step it up so I finish strong this year and start even strong in 2011!

On ActiveRain we have RainCamp.  For my second grade son the first four Saturday's this fall he had football camp.  I thought it would be a good way to get some basic skills that I can't teach him, and these days you have to teach them early.  I don't know that I would want him to play contact football for a while, but its good for him to know how to play at a young age.

My title of this blog has a question mark because I was thinking about ways to improve your credit that typically don't count toward credit scores.  At times they have been used for alternative credit verification, but in this economy it would be nice if they were used to help your credit score assuming you're doing a good job paying them.
1. Cell Phone bill-  Most people have one of these.  A lot of people pay around $100 with the total package and this is a solid amount that I think should be looked at as an option for credit scores.

I got into the real estate business on August 30 of 2002.  It was September 16th of 2002 that I made my first sale.  Its one of my most memorable sales.  Of course, because it was my first sale that does make it memorable.

When following my blog you know I have my kids around me while working a higher percentage of times then most agents probably do.  In fact the inspiration of this post is that I am sitting in the office, emailing listings, following up on emails and so on.  I did that and hopped on Active Rain and gave the kids a 10 minute warning (meaning we would leave in 10 minutes). Well 25 minutes later I am here and waiting for them to finish their computer games.

Rentals Available in the Twins Cities (Now on MLS) - 09/15/10 12:00 PM
Rentals are now available on the MLS in the Twins Cities metro areas.  Buyers and renters will soon see these listings filter through to the area broker websites. 
We do have a lot of people asking for rentals so I believe this is a positive step for MLS especially in the current economy.  This allows us to list rental properties in the MLS too.  Its another option for sellers who are having trouble selling a home.  Renting can be a great option for them.

Its that time of year again!  My kids are back in school and in a different school for them.  The NFL and football in general are starting.  Also buyers seem to be ready to make purchases!
All this seems to be starting at once for me.  I am a Vikings fan so of course its a big game tonight to get the season underway. One of the things I do well is follow up!  When I am working with a buyer or seller I do my best to follow up and keep them updated on the houses available or feedback on showings.
