Whenever you have the opportunity to BE MERCIFUL do it!  Great are the returns for the giver and the receiver.
"Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy." (Matthew 5:7)
At one time or another we all have done something that is out of line with GOODNESS and LOVE.  Very often its those situations that teach us the love of God.  This is especially true when someone that we wrong makes a decision to show grace and forgiveness.

forgiveness: Softball - One Week Later - 08/24/08 12:57 PM
For those who followed my softball blog you might have wondered what happened last week with our lose.  So I am feeling better today about talking about it.
We had the based loaded in the bottom of the last inning with 2 outs trailing 9-6.  Brandon Erickson was up and hit a line drive up the middle.  Al Wolfe was on 2nd base and had to dance a bit to not get hit by the ball.  I was on third and scored on the hit.

My Thoughts: The good news is I have cleared up the above issues.  I used to do a lot of these things. I read these questions and think about the people I know that do a lot of these things.  Perhaps you are one of them? I thought this was a slightly different way of looking at forgiveness so I wanted to share it with all of you!
 **Taken from Teri Werner's "Train Wreck to Triumph: course on Success University. I consider myself a forgiving person...I thought this is a good reminder just in case you are struggling in this area.
