networking: Fantasy Baseball Draft - 04/04/09 01:31 PM
As I write this I am actually at a Fantasy Baseball draft in between picks.  Some people like hunting, fishing, going to movies, I like participating in Fantasy Sports Leagues.
So far the draft is going good, but a little slow.  Its a keeper league so we all started with 9 players.  So it is pretty thin as far as talent available even in the 4th round.

You have probably heard  an expert say,"Show me your NETWORK and I can determine your NET WORTH!
The people in our NETWORK is where most Realtors and Mortgage professionals get their business from.  So by adding the RIGHT people to your NETWORK you can quickly improve your NET WORTH!
Size does count when it comes to Networks, but often the key is to have STRATEGIC ALLIANCES who can help you in spectacular fashion.  These people send you multiple referrals and put you in contact with the right people at the right time.  These are people that you can work together on with different business ventures.

I have been on FACEBOOK for a while now. I really don't do a lot with it. My sister or brother invited me and then a few more people added me as friends...and then some more and some more...and so on.  Last night I had some time so I invited about 100 people to be my friend.  I went through the link that had college friends and then I had them scan my email database for other people on there.

networking: New to ActiveRain...Looking to Find Referral Partners in Real Estate - 03/06/08 09:32 PM
I'm looking to make long distant connections with this.  I am looking to network with Realtors out of my area in Minnesota and in other states. I just got on ActiveRain yesterday and see the referral page and maybe thats where I am needing to go at some point.
