success university: Personal Development - One Way to Make 2009 Successful - 11/21/08 05:45 PM
Last year about this time I did not have much going on Real Estate wise. I had a solid year but the end of the year was poor in sales and activity. Because of this I decided to get serious about PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT. Learning, growing and developing on my own time was something I was willing to do; in fact is was something I was excited to do! The more I read and listen to audio programs the more I found that most of the TEACHERS of the material had overcome some adversity and now had gone on to being a

success university: Breakthrough Strategies - Awareness - 11/05/08 05:38 PM
If you want to BREAKTHROUGH IN ANY AREA OF YOUR LIFE, ESPECIALLY YOUR BUSINESS, YOU MUST BECOME MORE AWARE! Most people stay stuck because they lack AWARENESS. Its not hard at all to be more aware. In fact its very freeing. To create awareness ask questions such as: 1) What am I doing? 2) Whats working? 3) Whats not working? When you can become aware of what is not working and dump or delegate that activity, that will free you up to do more of what works. By spending your time on WHAT IS WORKING you will become more profitable. At

success university: Sleeping Tips - 06/15/08 08:45 PM
Napping It is important to keep a regular sleep schedule, even on days off and weekends. However, if you can't get enough sleep or feel drowsy, naps as short as 20 minutes can be helpful. Naps can maintain or improve alertness, performance, and mood. Some people feel groggy or sleepier after a nap. These feelings usually go away within 1-15 minutes, while the benefits of the nap may last for many hours. The evening or night worker can take a nap to be refreshed before work. Studies show that napping at the workplace is especially effective for workers who need

I found time today to finish off my CONTINUING EDUCATION requirments. I needed 5 credits and had a gap in appointments so I simply logged on to www.continuingedexpress.com and finished up. One less thing to think about the rest of the month. I am a big fan of taking courses online. I take daily and weekly courses online with Success University as well. So if anyone thinks I am a slacker for waiting this late to finish my requirements that not the case. I happen to like learning, but I simply use a different resource. So if anyone is still trying

success university: You have the right to choose - live in a triumphant state! - 03/30/08 08:48 PM
I thought this could be a good word for anyone struggling in Real Estate. Its time to bring in the light in your business instead of focusing on the darkness. Certainly this address any trial in your life, but I know there are a lot of Realtors struggling right now. ***(Credit Below)*** It is impossible to suddenly remove all negative issues from your life. Whether it be persons or situations. This is especially true in times of difficulty. You are prone to gather strength and solace from anyone who will offer it.
