I did not know how to break this one down so I decided to go with a extra long post.  Its not overly wordy. In fact I would suggest that you scroll through the list and find a couple things you want to exchange in your life real soon.

This might cause you to think about who some of your friends are.   The right relationships are so key to living a triumphant life.  I think about the times that relationships have held me back and got me down. I really struggled.
