According to a late night Cnn/Money report -- FHA will go to a credit score driven program, higher down payment requirements, lower seller concessions, and higher MIP
Here are some of the facts

So recently I have gotten more and more into the Active Rain and into the blogging. I have had to spend so much time developing and now that is working on it's own, so now it is time to expand. I read the blogs; I listen to agents complain about their current business (whether it be about their broker, not enough leads, listings being stolen by other agents, etc) What I hear is the same -- "The market is not as good because (fill in the blank here)."
