According to a late night Cnn/Money report -- FHA will go to a credit score driven program, higher down payment requirements, lower seller concessions, and higher MIP
Here are some of the facts
Seller Concession to reduce to 3% from 6% Credit score minimum: 580 FICO to have a 3-1/2% Downpayment Lower scores will be higher down payment UFMIP (Up Front MIP) will increase to 2.25% (on the average 130K loan, adds an additional $2,925) Read the entire CNN Story

I read the blogs; I listen to agents complain about their current business (whether it be about their broker, not enough leads, listings being stolen by other agents, etc) What I hear is the same -- "The market is not as good because (fill in the blank here)." "Sales of foreclosed properties in Pasco county (Florida) go online starting today at www.pasco.realforeclose.com - Prospective buyers, anywhere in the world, can post their bids online, without having to monitor auctions live.
