Back in Fall 2007 my first post on Eagles Pointe in Woodbridge VA focused on the deals the developer was offering in a blowout weekend sale. Following the sale weekend and through the end of December of 2007, 15 homes went to closing priced between $438,000 to $710,000. Since most of the original sales were not recorded in the MLS it is unknown what other incentives the buyer's were able to include in their purchase.
