Greentree Village is what you might expect to see in a community in Fairfax County, Virginia. Located in West Springfield, the neighborhood seems typical of many in the area. With only 124 brick front townhouses backing to trees it is a one of the smaller townhouse neighborhoods in the area but it is well maintained by the HOA. With no through streets and grassy islands in the courtyards to slow traffic down you don't have to worry about about young children going out to play.
