Of course he was naked, he was in the shower for heavens sake but as Paul Harvey would say....now for the rest of the story. Another agent and I ecided to take a little time to preview a few homes in a neighborhood in Northern Virginia. Both of us were intrigued by a listing in Fairfax Station and when we ran the MLS information found the property listed as vacant. As I was updated the MLS tonight with two more closings something caught my attention. These latest closing brought my MLS listings SOLD for 2010 to 27. And guess what today is September 27th. That would be 27 on 27. I might have missed it but I read a post by fellow Northern Virginia Realtor® Chris Ann Cleland mentioning her AR Score of 630,630.Appars numbers have decided to travel in pairs these days. Is it for protection or just a coincidence?
