manassas homes for sale: Northern Virginia Buyers-Multiple Offers Are Real In All Price Ranges - 02/18/11 09:59 AM
Last night the owners of the home I recently listed in Herons Bend reviewed 4 offers which came in over a 72 hour period. This home wasn't the most expensive home on the market in Prince William County but priced at an even $500,000 it also wasn't the cheapest. This is the second home I've put on the market in the last few weeks that had multiple offers quickly. What does that mean for a buyer? As the agent who called me this morning said "he who hesitates may lose out." Now this doesn't mean throw caution to the wind and do

manassas homes for sale: Bristow VA-Put This Lovely Three Level Colonial In The SOLD Column - 10/04/10 10:01 PM
Today was a rainy and blustery day in Bristow which made it even more fun to be inside for a settlement. The owners were active duty military heading out of the area for a new assignment in the mid-west. The buyers are growing family looking for more room to spread out. The transaction was smooth from start to finish thanks to a great buyer's agent, quick responses from the buyers lender and a professional settlement company. It takes a team to get a home SOLD. Thanks to everyone who helped make it happen.

manassas homes for sale: When Your Internet Presence Brings You Lemonade-Drink it! - 07/29/10 09:02 AM
The owners of this home found me on the internet. I'm not sure how I managed to squeeze myself small enough to be wandering around in cyberspace but apparently the diet is working. This home has almost 7000 Square Feet and their June electric bill was just slightly over $100. How is that for energy efficiency? I'm looking forward to presenting this home to the market this weekend. Thanks Active Rain for keeping my phone ringing.
