Working with a number of buyers purchasing new construction In Northern Virgina has taught me a good deal about the process. Quality of workmanship varies among builders and have inspections of your home as it is being built is important. Builders will try and discourage you by saying they "don't allow" inspections by independent inspectors. Not true.If you are thinking about buying new construction in Northern Virginia give me a call. Then we'll get on Jay's schedule to have him ready to inspect your home as it is being built.
