The June 2010 MRIS Market Report for Prince William County has been released and overall the fears of a significant drop over volume from a year ago can be put to rest.Even though the sales volume numbers are down by 2% median sales price is up by 27.71%. The other positive sign is days on the market. Last Sunday I listed a home in the Morgan Point at Rippon Landing neighborhood in Prince William County and we have received 4 offers on the property in 48 hours.

prince william county commuting: Get Your Ticket to Ride-Express VRE Service Coming to Prince William County - 05/03/10 08:23 AM

The Virginia Rail Express (VRE) is introducing express train service starting in July 2010.
Luckily riders who use the Woodbridge Station will be able to take advantage of this new service. Originally the express train was going to bypass the Woodbridge station located at the entrance to Belmont Bay but after deliberation and political wrangling the station was included in the plans.
