Normally my hatch contains an overflow of signs and sign riders. This week I added a couple of bags from Target as well. In the bags were a supply of lined paper, glue sticks and pens for donation to Prince William County SchoolsThere are students in the district that don't have the money for supplies and many times teachers are reaching into their own pockets to make sure students in their classrooms have everything they need. This week Superintendent Steven Waits announced that despite an initial plan to layoff 700 Prince William County School employees for the 2010-2011 school year the funding has been found to ensure that there will be no layoffs for next year. Prince William County Schools are expecting an increase of 3500 students for the 2010-2011 school year bringing total county enrollment to 78,000. Also slated for Fall 2011 are three new schools in western Prince William County. Two new elementary schools, T.
