Okay that's not exactly what Bob Stewart said during the "Find Your Social Media Sweet Spot" teleconference's but it's true. How many Facebook or Twitter feeds do you see that are nothing more than a stream of links back to blogs posts or listings? There is no interaction between the person posting and their friends or followers. How many times have you added a “friend” in Facebook or decided to “follow” someone on Twitter only to discover his or her participation in social media is limited to a link to a blog post or canned article and nothing else.
