With the market being so rough, have you taken on multiple jobs to keep a float or just planning a future including job diversity.  When market is slow it is a great time to look at other choices, whether to change careers or just redevelop what you are doing, maybe take continuing education.  I spent the last two weekends earning my Residential Mortgage Professional Certification, a designation offered by Center for International Certificate programs through Hondros College.  The course not only gives me a designation, but 24 hours of training required to sit with the Ohio Loan Officer examination.

The MORPACE survey tracked growth within individual auction specialty areas.  The fastest growing auction specialty is real estate. Residential real estate auctions grew 39% between 2003 and 2006. During this same time period, land and agricultural real estate grew 33% and commercial and industrial real estate grew 27%.

I currently have two apprentice auctioneer positions available, the entire process of getting schooling, taking exams, completing the apprenticeship takes anywhere from 13 months to 18 months.  For individuals who want to sell real estate at auction, they must also have a real estate license and be sponsored by licensed realtor in order to sell real property at auction while licensed as an apprentice auctioneer.  An auctioneer can sponsor only 2 apprentice auctioneers at a time, so these apprentiship are hard to find, don't miss this opportunity, call me today at 513 417-2976.

I didn't get the correct email for contact that was looking for this information, so I thought I would put it here if they came back to the site.  The first link is the http://www.ohiohome.org/ site which has a lot of information about O loan programs, particularly the refinance programs for homes in a pre-foreclosure status.

The second link is state site with gives additional information about the foreclosure process and where to file complaint's about predatory lending.

Family A awards/deducts points for each childs activities, homework, chores.... If a child leaves an item out without putting it away their item is auction off at the end of the week(5 kids).  If they have points left they can bid for extra quality time with Mom/Dad.

Of course the other family is just the opposite.

I just wish I had thought of this when my kids were growing up, I would have reserved the right to bid and I'd have some really nice stuff!

Fireworks - don't forget your bug spray! Just a few things to pack before you head out!

Comfortable shoes, blankets, water, first aid kit, camera, film, small games, cards, snacks, folding chairs, fan

Lets not forget the big kids, grandparents like to watch them and the kids at the same time!

Notepad, maybe its a day to just daydream and get some ideas down on paper!

BUSINESS CARDS, you never know who you will see!

I'm sure we can come up with more!

Hosted at Coney Island.  It's a free good time with Fireworks.  Don't forget your camera for some great night shots of the hot air ballons. I have taken pictures in the past and they turn out pretty fuzzy, so I am going back to get some more.  Its just a real site to see. Pool and rides are can be purchased.

ActiveRain is a great place to make new friends and make things happen.  I have been a member for just a couple of months. I have met so many interesting people, and everyone is willing to share tips.  One tip that I have shared with many activerainers is to update your profile.  This is the first place that a prospective client is going to look to see if you are someone they want to work with. Just a few of my new friends that are helping me out are listed below.

NAR reported increase housing inventory of 10.4% at the end of April to 4.20 million existing homes available for sale, which represents a 8.4 month supply at current sales pace.  That number is up from 7.4 million in March.

Want to sell your home fast, fair and on time?  Consider the Auction marketing method where you pick your date, control the contingencies, and sell your home in a competitive event where everyone is bidding using the same terms and conditions. Why market to one buyer at a time and  have multiple showings when you can have 1 big event, generate excitement and sell you home in a timely manner! Already listed with an agent, ask them to learn more about the auction method and see how they can partner with an auctioneer to get your home sold in days rather than 8.4 months.

You can find more about the auction marketing method at my website www.alldoneauction.com
