If you are like most people, you know very little about your septic tank system. The past few weeks I have sold several properties and the owner did not know where their tank was! They had never cleaned it out!

How to disinfect a water well
 
You should test your well water annually for the presence of nitrate and coliform bacteria. Its something that you dont think about, but if you have a well or spring you should disinfect annually to be safe.

I can look over your real estate taxes and let you know if you are missing any discounts in Morgan County Ohio.
Many people fail to realize that there is a 2 1/2% Tax Reduction on  Owner occupied Homes that you must apply for.
Also there is a DISCOUNT called a Homestead Exemption for Senior Citizens, Disabled Persons and Surviving Spouses.
There are many other ways I can find to reduce your taxes, for example you removed a building on the property or the square footage is wrong on your taxes.

Do you ever sit and wonder how to get ahead in life? I have the answer! Move to Morgan County Ohio the cost of living is much less here than most any other place. Look at the charts below. The average cost of living is only 78% as opposed to 88% for the state average. That is a savings of 10%. Just think if you had 10% more money this year what would you do with it? If you lived here for 10 years, think about that...
