future of real estate: What is really going on in our lifes as real estate agents - 08/29/10 11:24 AM

So, here it is my second post after a long week in real estate. Well, all but 2 of my deals got pushed to next week. All were over lending issues. Now, that no one knows really what to do because it is still changing from day to day most underwriters etc have been told to leave common sense at home. It is simply amazing to me how is stead of the government and the banks which personally in my humble opinion are one in the same. I got the great pleasure to see Neil deGrasse Tyson speak last night at the Arlington Campus of UTA (for non Texans that is University of Texas at Arlington). For those who do not know who he is shame on you. He is one of the most popular Astrophysicists of our time. He is not only a brilliant speaker but an amazing person that helps enlighten the people that prefer to stand in the dark. I went there thinking he would talk about outer space, but instead was tossed into what and how we live today here in America … (2 comments)
